The Afterlife

 Just to explain a little about the mysterious Afterlives.

 The Afterlives are creatures that somehow came back from the dead. They are completely transparent.

 Things that give them away:

1. A quiver in the air
2. A cold feeling
3. Seeing objects on the ground move as if somebody/something is stepping on it

 The Afterlives mission is to devour every human on Earth. The reason:

 The world of afterlife has been destroyed by the good forces. The Afterlives will devour anything. Everything.

 I got my idea for the Afterlives from reading ghost stories. Ghosts/creatures are very interesting. I've seen so many movies and read so many stories with actual creatures. ones you can see. I thought I would do something different.

 Now it's up to your imagination to discover why the Afterlives didn't destroy Dalton's city. Tell me your answers in the comments.
